For this stunning vacation property in Paradise Valley, we partnered with a New England–based client to fully prepare one of their secondary homes for sale. Our team replaced all existing furniture with carefully selected, design-forward pieces that elevated the space while appealing to high-end buyers.

We chose fresh, modern paint colors, arranged for secure off-site storage, and managed a full smart home reset—wiping devices, clearing connected accounts, and ensuring the technology was ready for a seamless handoff to the new owner.

We designed a streamlined tech setup for this busy real estate office in East Milton Square that keeps the team productive and the property protected. Two wall-mounted TVs serve double duty: during the day, they display listings and presentations and offer instant access to the building’s security cameras at the push of a button.

A comprehensive Ring alarm system was installed, complete with strategically placed security cameras and a virtual security guard feature for after-hours monitoring and peace of mind.

This setup ensures the office is always connected, always protected, and ready to impress, from client meetings to closing deals.

This expansive family home in Milton’s Scott’s Woods Historic District was transformed into a fully integrated entertainment and wellness haven. At the heart of it all: a custom-designed home theater featuring a Sony TV, Denon receiver with HEOS, Xbox, Apple TV, and a powerful 7.1 surround sound system—perfect for movie nights, gaming marathons, and everything in between.

Beyond the theater, four additional TVs serve the bar, gym, bedrooms, and lounge areas, all seamlessly connected. A whole-home HEOS audio system delivers crisp, multi-zone sound—including in the gym bathroom and even the infrared sauna—so the vibes never stop, whether you’re lifting weights or winding down.

Motorized shades, integrated lighting control, and smart thermostats keep the environment comfortable and intuitive. We also added full-floor alarm integration, security cameras, and central vacuuming to make smart living effortless.

We installed seven TVs throughout the home, each set up with Roku in Guest Mode… so guests can stream their favorites without leaving a digital trace.

A streamlined Sonos system delivers rich sound across five listening zones, including the deck, yard, and even the tennis court. A wall-mounted iPad offers simple, centralized control, making it easy for anyone to adjust the vibe with just a tap.

We also extended fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house and outdoors. Keeping everyone connected whether they’re working remotely, scrolling poolside, or FaceTiming from the court.

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL Smart Home Takeover

For this newly purchased vacation home in Stuart, Florida, we partnered with a Cohasset-based client to take full control of the property’s smart home infrastructure. Acting as their trusted on-the-ground team, we delivered a seamless, Apple-centric setup designed for remote access and effortless day-to-day use.

We installed a high-performance Ubiquiti UniFi network, complete with UniFi security cameras and a UniFi Access system for the driveway gate. Inside, we upgraded TVs, receivers, and lighting to create a fully integrated, entertainment-ready environment.

We also collaborated with a local alarm dealer to integrate over 80 alarm zones into Apple HomeKit, ensuring the entire system works beautifully within the client’s existing ecosystem. Now, from anywhere in the world, the family can control and monitor their home with just a tap.
